We currently deliver to:

  • United States (US)

  • Other international destinations

Every parcel is lovingly prepared in our studio and fully tracked.


2. How Much Is Shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight.

You’ll see all charges clearly before confirming your order.

Please note: some countries may apply customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees upon delivery. These are not included in your order total.


3. When Will My Order Ship?

We typically dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. During holidays or peak seasons, it may take just a little longer.

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

4. How Long Does Delivery Take?

Most parcels arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your country’s postal system and customs process.

If it takes longer, don’t worry — we’ll stay with you and follow up until it arrives safely.

Yes — every order comes with full tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel ships, and you can follow its journey via the carrier’s website.

If you ever feel uncertain along the way, we’re here to assist.


7. What If Something Goes Wrong?

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date: info@petalandstill.com

We’ll review your case and may issue a replacement or refund. In some cases, we may ask for a photo or tracking details to help us resolve the issue quickly and kindly.


8. Anything Else I Should Know?

  • We ship all items in your order together, unless otherwise noted.

  • Some destinations or items may have shipping limitations due to size or material. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know before dispatch and offer alternatives.


9. Can I Fix a Mistake in My Address?

If you spot an error after placing your order, please email us as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to update your shipping details before dispatch.
