🛍️ Changed Your Mind? (14-Day Window)

While we hope each order feels like the right fit, we understand that sometimes circumstances change.

You may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • The original packaging is fully intact

  • You are able to cover return shipping costs

These returns help us ensure every kit reaches someone who truly needs that moment of calm.


❌ What We Can’t Accept

Because many of our kits include delicate, handmade, or seasonally curated elements, we’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or damaged items

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Digital/downloadable products or gift cards

📦 If Something Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

We prepare and pack each order with care. If something doesn’t arrive as expected:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@petalandstill.com

  • Include a short description and a couple of clear photos

The sooner we hear from you, the sooner we can make it right.
We’re happy to offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping where appropriate.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • We’ll confirm by email

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

🌍 International Returns (Including UK Orders)

As we operate from Hong Kong, all returns — including from the UK — are considered international.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Any applicable duties, customs, or import fees
