Welcome to Petal & Still.

These Terms and Conditions are part of our commitment to offering you a calm, transparent, and trustworthy experience — in every parcel we send, and every step along the way. By using our website (https://petalandstill.com) or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. About Us

Petal & Still (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is an independent creative brand offering mindful craft kits and nature-inspired materials for personal reflection and slow artistic joy. We serve customers in the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, and select international destinations.

2. Using This Website

2.1 Personal Access

You are welcome to browse and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. We ask that you engage respectfully and refrain from activities that disrupt or misuse the platform.

2.2 Ordering Without an Account

You can place an order without creating an account.
If you choose to register, you’ll be able to track your orders and save your details for future purchases.

2.3 Prohibited Use

Please do not:

  • Violate any applicable laws

  • Attempt to upload malicious code or disrupt site operations

  • Copy or misuse our content or identity in any form

3. Products & Payments

3.1 Product Descriptions

We aim to present accurate descriptions and images of each kit. Many materials are natural or handmade, so slight variations may occur — something we believe adds to their uniqueness.

We reserve the right to update or correct product details at any time.

3.2 Prices & Payment Methods

All prices are listed in GBP (£), EUR (€), or USD ($) based on your selected currency at checkout.
Shipping costs and any applicable import duties are not included in the product price unless otherwise noted.

We accept secure payment via:

  • Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more)

  • PayPal

All payments are processed through trusted third-party providers to ensure your safety.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • European Union countries

  • United States

  • Other international locations

If your country is not listed at checkout, feel free to contact us at info@petalandstill.com.

4.2 Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days, depending on destination and local conditions.

You’ll receive tracking information via email once your parcel is on its way.

4.3 Customs & Import Fees

Some countries or regions — including the United States and the European Union — may charge customs duties, VAT, or handling fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local authorities.

While most parcels clear smoothly, we recommend checking your country’s import rules if you're unsure. As a small brand, we’re unable to pre-pay these fees on your behalf.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Changed Your Mind?

You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, excluding shipping fees.
Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

5.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund — whichever feels right for you.

5.3 Items Not Eligible for Return

We’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened kits or used materials

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Gift cards or digital items (if offered)

6. Creative Content & Ownership

6.1 Our Work

All text, images, graphics, and videos on our site are the property of Petal & Still or our content partners, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Please do not copy or reuse our content without permission. Every photo, phrase, and design reflects the slower, thoughtful world we’re creating.

6.2 Content You Share

If you submit reviews, photos, or feedback to us, you grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use and share that content for promotional or community purposes — always with care and respect.

7. If Things Go Wrong

While we take great care in every part of your experience, things can sometimes go wrong.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petal & Still is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.

We sincerely hope it never comes to that — and that every order feels like a small moment of calm.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes will be resolved under UK law and the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
By continuing to use our website, you agree to the current version of the Terms.
